Service Manager in Refrigeration

We are now looking for a Service Manager in Refrigeration who wants to take an operational and business-oriented responsibility for our service operations.

The current service manager plans to retire in 2027, and we are therefore already looking for a successor to enable a safe and structured handover. The role combines responsibility for daily operations with work in business development and customer relations, in an organization where collaboration works well and where people work closely together with clear working methods.

You will be an important part of the Refrigeration business area and have a central role in ensuring a well-functioning, profitable, and sustainable service operation.

About the position

As Service Manager in Refrigeration, you are responsible for the daily operations of the service business and lead our refrigeration technicians in their operational work. You plan and follow up on resources, finances, and assignments, and actively work with business development and customer relations. You report to the Department Manager.

Your main responsibilities

  • Lead and distribute the daily work for refrigeration technicians within the service operation
  • Ensure staffing, resource planning, and prioritization of assignments
  • Be responsible for the budget, operational plan, and ongoing follow-up
  • Follow up on ongoing and unbilled service assignments
  • Work closely with existing customers and contribute to new sales, bids, and negotiations
  • Approve quotes and contracts according to applicable authorizations
  • Ensure that work is carried out according to the company's processes, quality systems, and established working methods
  • Be the process owner for the area's part in the quality system
  • Participate in larger service assignments and establish a project organization if necessary
  • Collaborate with the marketing manager on activities and business plans

Your background

We are looking for someone with experience in service or project operations within refrigeration or related technical areas who is used to taking responsibility for both operations and follow-up. You have worked in a leading or coordinating role and feel confident in planning operations, following up on finances, and making decisions in daily work. You have a good understanding of the business and thrive in a role where you combine structure with a solution-oriented approach.

Requirements for the position:

  • Relevant technical education, such as HVAC or refrigeration technology, or equivalent work experience
  • Driver's license B
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Good local anchoring

Personal qualities

To succeed in the role, we see that you are structured, operational, and confident in your leadership. You have a good overall view, work commercially, and are used to collaborating with both employees and customers.
