In the Property Digitalization unit, we work with the development, procurement, implementation, and management of digital systems and tools related to the management's need to carry out its mission. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

With us, you will be part of the Property Digitalization unit and a team of nine people with a strong team focus. Ahead of us is an exciting development in property digitalization with digital transformation as our guiding principle.

As a project manager focused on system management, you will be responsible for the management and further development of our business-critical systems. You will work with both traditional IT systems and modern software development, which means you will have the opportunity to influence and develop systems that support our main mission to provide suitable premises for healthcare.

Your main tasks include:

• Leading and coordinating the management and further development of systems that support our operations in construction projects, property management, and operations.
• Working to create a comprehensive picture of existing information transfers and developing a roadmap for upcoming work.
• Prioritizing requirements and ensuring that the systems meet the needs and demands of the business while collaborating with internal and external suppliers.
• Developing and maintaining target architecture for the systems you are responsible for.
• Supporting the operations in their digital development projects and developing a vision for the future of the digital systems.
• Being responsible for the system management budget and ensuring it is utilized to its maximum benefit.
• Monitoring the external environment and collaborating with external stakeholders to optimize and modernize our system portfolio.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for the role, you have a higher education degree in computer science, information systems, or another area that the employer deems relevant. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is a prerequisite that you have previous experience in system management of business-critical systems and digital transformation. Additionally, it is a requirement that you have documented experience from a project management role. We prefer that you have experience working with IT/OT architecture. If you have experience in the area from the public sector or the construction and real estate industry, we consider it an advantage.

As a person, you have good analytical skills and are confident in your expertise in digitalization. To thrive and succeed in the role, you can independently drive and organize your work and use your analytical skills to create long-term strategies for system management. You have good communication skills and can communicate complex technical solutions clearly and purposefully, tailored to different audiences. We also see that you, like us, have a strong interest in developing and contributing to improvement work to drive the business forward. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
