Radiology Nurse for Radiation Therapy

The Radiation Therapy department is part of the Cancer Center. The department has 4 radiation therapy machines, each treating 30-35 patients per day. Additionally, there is an in-house CT scanner and PET/MR camera as well as dose planning.

We have satisfied patients and a well-established patient flow. We work cross-professionally and have short decision-making paths. Our well-designed and established routines and structured work contribute to us being a well-functioning operation. We have low staff turnover, with many colleagues having long experience, and we work smoothly together. We offer attractive working hours. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The work at the Radiation Therapy department as a radiology nurse involves working with CT and PET/MR. The job is a combination of technology and care, where both competencies are needed for good care, but the emphasis is on the technical part. You will also work on various research projects conducted in the radiation therapy department.

QUALIFICATIONS

Registered Radiology Nurse is a requirement. You have an interest in technology, are meticulous, flexible, and well aware of goals and quality standards. You should be skilled at engaging in verbal dialogue at various levels with patients, relatives, and staff. You enjoy working in a team and are open to development/change. Previous work as a radiology nurse in CT, MR, or Nuclear Medicine is an advantage. Welcome with your application!
