The region's primary care provides broad primary healthcare services throughout Region Västerbotten and meets patients of all ages, both in urban and rural areas. With 33 health centers and medical clinics, we are where you are. We actively engage in research and development and utilize medical results to offer high-quality care where the patient is involved.

The Primary Care Area North consists of Robertsfors, Ersboda, Mariehem, and Sävar health centers. At Robertsfors health center, you will meet patients of all ages and follow them throughout their lives. We have close collaboration among all professional categories. Here, we actively work for a good working environment and value good cooperation. Since we are 60 kilometers from the nearest hospital, our acute team sometimes needs to handle urgent cases at the health center, and we actively work with good and close care. We have ultrasound available to support our assessments. Development and improvement work are important processes that engage and stimulate us in the workplace. We continuously strive to improve our working environment both ergonomically and psychosocially.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a ST physician with us, you contribute knowledge and commitment that makes people feel secure.

The specialty of general medicine is characterized by the meeting with the patient throughout life. As a ST physician, you will meet people of all ages with all kinds of health-related problems as well as independently assess and treat these, as well as the experiences and issues that are not caused by definable diseases. In general medical specialist work, an individual's various health problems are followed over time, and in assessing health issues, the person's entire life situation needs to be considered. You are an active participant in the medical group and collaborate with other professional groups.

In addition to the specialty-specific program, you will also participate in LEKA training as a ST physician. A program focusing on leadership, economics, communication, administration, ethics, and time for personal reflection for ST physicians within Region Västerbotten.

Your ST employment includes on-call duty.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have a Swedish medical license with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare by the time of employment. You have an interest in specializing in general medicine.

We require good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1.

You should be interested in participating in organizational development and be prepared to take personal responsibility in various matters. Personal qualities that are highly valued are good communication skills, good collaboration ability, and flexibility in work.

Consideration will be given to personal suitability and ability to collaborate.
