Our fantastic nurses at Tunagården do invaluable work every day. To ensure they get the rest and recovery they truly deserve during the summer, we are now looking for a licensed nurse who wants to work as a summer substitute at Tunagården.

Tunagården is a newly opened private special accommodation with 80 apartments where safety, quality, and good treatment permeate everything we do. With us, you will become an important part of an engaged team with close collaboration between professional roles - rehabilitation and care staff.

About the role As a nurse at Tunagården, you will have an independent and responsible job where you contribute to good and safe care for our residents. You will assess care needs, document and report according to routines. Perform medication management correctly according to applicable routines. You should be able to guide and support care staff as needed. You should have a calm, secure, and professional demeanor - able to meet each resident where they are.

You will work alongside a regular nurse during the vacations of other colleagues, which makes the work safe.

As a nurse within Attendo, you are significant, and your competence is highly valued. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nursing networks. You are part of the team working to empower the individual.

Main responsibilities

• Health and medical care interventions according to HSL

• Medication management and follow-up

• Work in national quality registers

• Guidance of care staff

• Care responsibility for patients

• Assessments, documentation, and reporting

• Collaboration with care staff, doctors, and relatives.

Who are you?

As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy guiding and delegating care staff in health and medical care tasks and are motivated by creating high-quality care for those who live with us together with your colleagues.

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse with valid Swedish license

• Works independently and in a structured manner

• At least three years of professional experience, preferably in elderly care

• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form

• Driver's license is a requirement

It is an advantage if you also have

• Experience from working in private care operations
