Experienced Care Assistants Wanted for Special Team

We are currently looking for experienced care assistants who are confident in their professional role, to join a special team primarily working with individual clients. The job involves varying working hours, including days, evenings, nights, weekdays, and weekends.

With us, you will have diverse tasks where you contribute to creating safety and a meaningful existence for our clients.

You will:

• provide care, support, and personal assistance based on assessed needs
• work preventively in carrying out daily tasks
• document in the operational system
• create a safe and meaningful existence.

You must have:

• care assistant education or other training/experience deemed equivalent by the employer
• good telephone and computer skills
• the ability to express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish.
• experience in managing and caring for tracheostomy
• experience in using and monitoring a cough machine
• experience in performing airway suctioning

It is an advantage if you also have:

• knowledge and experience in documentation
• experience in healthcare with similar assignments.
• Care assistant with specialized competence
