About the position…

As an Automation Technician with us, you will be part of our Maintenance and Automation organization, where you will work with operation, troubleshooting, service, and development of our automated production facilities. The work has a clear focus on both mechanical and electrical systems, and you play an important role in ensuring high availability, quality, and efficiency in production.

You will work with both urgent troubleshooting and preventive maintenance, as well as improvement and development projects related to automation and production equipment. The role involves daily problem-solving and close collaboration with colleagues from several different departments.

The position is a permanent employment, with an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. It is a full-time position with shift work. The placement is at Gnutti Carlo Group (formerly Ljunghäll AB) in Södra Vi.

We are looking for someone who has…

• at least a 3-year technical education at the upper secondary level or higher, with a focus on automation, electricity, mechanics, or equivalent

• good technical understanding in both mechanics and electricity

• documented technical general competence

• the ability to read and understand technical drawings and diagrams

• good analytical and logical problem-solving skills

• good knowledge of Swedish and English

Meritorious are:

• experience in automation and industrial production facilities

• knowledge in control and regulation technology, PLC, or industrial electricity

• experience in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance within the manufacturing industry
