CTT Systems AB (publ.) is a technology company operating in the aviation industry that develops, manufactures, and maintains dehumidification and humidification systems for civil aircraft. With us, you will work with high-quality standards in both physical and administrative tasks. The tasks include:

·         Assembly of parts for humidifiers – largely through riveting

·         Assembly of spare parts (pad) for humidifiers

·         Completion of units and packing them for delivery.

We work digitally in the material planning system Jeeves.

Currently, all our employees work daytime, but as we grow, two-shift work may be introduced.

Your profile

We welcome applicants with diverse backgrounds, education, and experience, but to thrive and develop with us in the long term, we believe that you:

·         Have experience working in the manufacturing industry.

·         Have a high school education, preferably in a technical workshop line or similar.

·         Are meticulous and quality-conscious and are used to working in IT systems.

·         Have good social skills and teamwork abilities as we work together across departments at CTT.

·         Have a driver's license B.

Desirable:

·         Knowledge/experience from the aviation industry

·         Forklift license

All employees are expected to have high collaboration skills, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility, as we are a company with high quality standards and each employee's contribution is crucial. We want everyone to understand both Swedish and English. The position is based in Nybro, and it is desirable that our staff lives in the local area.
