We are now looking for a mechanic to join our maintenance team who wants to contribute to safe and reliable production.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work broadly within mechanical maintenance in a business where your contribution makes a real difference.

Your tasks will include, for example:

• Mechanical maintenance and installation work
• Repair of equipment and components
• Simple lifting and transport tasks
• Supporting other departments when needed and acting as a flexible resource within the organization

The position is a permanent full-time role based in Mönsterås with day shifts.

We are looking for you who thrive in a role where collaboration, responsibility, and safety are in focus. You are positive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

To succeed in the role, you need to:

• Have a strong safety mindset and contribute to a secure working environment
• Be structured and meticulous in your work
• Have a desire to develop and learn new things together with the team

We also look for you to have experience with:

• Mechanical maintenance work or similar tasks
• Reading drawings and schedules
• Working in maintenance systems and having some computer skills

It is meritorious if you have:

• Forklift license
• Certificates in areas such as hot work, fall protection, crane operation, or mobile elevated work platforms

You have a high school education with a mechanical focus or equivalent experience. You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
