A door opens to an exciting opportunity at Engström's Trucks in Västervik – we are looking for our new Parts Manager!
Our current Parts Manager is moving on to new challenges within the company, and we are looking for someone who, with great commitment, always puts the customer's best interest first. With us, you will be part of a family-like team where we support each other, take responsibility, and are proud of every delivery.
About the position
As Parts Manager, you have a central role in our daily operations. You ensure that the right spare parts are in the right place at the right time and are an important link between the warehouse, workshop, and other functions, contributing to a smooth and efficient production flow.
In your role, you have the main responsibility for our inventory management, which includes tasks such as pre-planning, ordering spare parts, receiving and checking incoming deliveries. You are also responsible for regular inventories and work based on set goals and KPIs.
The work is structured and follows our established working methods, focusing on quality, order, and customer benefit, and you will have the opportunity to truly make a difference for both the team and our customers.

You have a professional attitude and always put the customer's best interest first – whether the customer is external or a colleague within the organization. You thrive in a team where collaboration, helpfulness, and professional pride are a natural part of everyday life.
What are we looking for
- We see that you have a few years of work experience in a role within spare parts inventory or equivalent. You have knowledge of vehicle technology and an understanding of vehicle construction.
- High school education
- You handle the Swedish language well in both speech and writing.
- Good digital and system knowledge.
- A B driver's license is required, and a C driver's license is a merit.
