We are looking for a Site Manager in Kalmar

We are growing and are now looking for a Site Manager who wants to take overall responsibility for our operations in Kalmar and drive it forward with clear leadership and business focus.

Today, we have over 115 employees in 15 offices across the country. We work with all aspects of property management and operations – always with a focus on quality, responsibility, and joy at work.

About the role

As Site Manager, you have overall responsibility for operations, staff, and deliveries to our customers in the area. You ensure that assignments are carried out according to agreements, that quality remains high, and that the business achieves its financial goals.

Your main areas of responsibility:

• Ensure that operations, staff, and customer deliveries are maintained according to agreements
• Participate in budget work and establish a budget and operational plan for the Kalmar region
• Be responsible for financial follow-up and deviation management against the budget
• Ensure that projects meet the right quality level and that cost and time frames are adhered to
• Actively participate in management group work
• Be responsible for environmental and quality assurance according to current guidelines and environmental certification
• Review supplier invoices and handle other financial matters related to the operations

We are looking for someone who

• Is a practical and operational site manager who enjoys being close to the operations
• Makes things happen and drives the work forward
• Works with active planning in daily operations
• Has experience in personnel responsibility and financial responsibility
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and business-minded

Experience from the service industry is an advantage.
