We at Unik Resurs are now looking for a caretaker for our client Byggebo for a consulting assignment (temporary position) of 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

About the Assignment

As a caretaker at Byggebo, you will have a central and responsible role in the management. You are Byggebo's face to the outside world and meet tenants in their daily lives, always focusing on service, safety, and quality. The role is broad and varied, combining practical work with administrative tasks. You will have many points of contact, both internally and externally, and work closely with property managers to whom you report. The position may also involve performing other tasks that occur within the management.

Responsibilities and Duties

Your main tasks include:

• Responsible for viewings, contract signings, and renting apartments
• Conducting pre- and post-inspections during move-in and move-out
• Handling maintenance requests and following up on actions taken
• Contacting external contractors and driving smaller projects
• Contributing to ensuring that properties are well-maintained, pleasant, and safe
• Providing professional and solution-oriented service to tenants

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in property management, property maintenance, or customer service
• Good administrative skills and experience working digitally
• Good knowledge of Swedish and the ability to communicate in English
• A valid driver's license (B)

It is an advantage if you have knowledge of rental laws, experience with property systems (e.g., Vitec), or have worked in a municipal company. To thrive and succeed in the role, we believe you are:

About the Employment

The position is a consulting assignment with employment at Unik Resurs, placed at Byggebo in Oskarshamn. The assignment is expected to last at least 6 months (temporary position) with the possibility of extension, starting immediately or by agreement. Of course, we have collective agreements and various benefits such as wellness grants and professional development.
