Do you want to work outdoors, maintain outdoor environments in top condition, and contribute to a high level of satisfaction for our customers? HSB Mellersta Götaland is now looking for several property caretakers for summer vacation positions in Kalmar during the summer of 2026.

About the role  In the role of Property Caretaker, you will be part of a team that works together in and around our customers' properties. The tasks include, among other things: 

• Mowing grass 

• Weeding 

• Caring for hedges, bushes, and trees 

• Some planting 

• Waste management  

You as a person We are looking for someone who wants a varied summer job where you can work physically. We do not require you to know everything related to gardening or property management, but you need to have an interest and commitment to learn. In the role of property caretaker, you will work closely with both customers and colleagues, so we are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, is service-oriented, and can work both independently and in a team.  

To ensure a good and safe working environment according to the current regulations regarding minors' working conditions, you must be at least 16 years old. A B driver's license or AM license is required as travel between customers is included in the job.

The period for summer jobs extends from June to August (weeks 25-33), and we are looking for someone who can work at least 5 consecutive weeks during this period.
