JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Condition-based maintenance (CBM)
  • Preventive maintenance (PM)
  • Corrective maintenance (CM)
  • Repairs
  • Minor modifications/renovations
  • Processing of fault reports and work orders and reporting of these in the UH system
  • Creating orders for our contractors

As a property technician, you will work in the internal management. The management consists of a manager, eight property technicians, six painters, two operations engineers, and one technical planner. The main task of the management is to ensure that our tenants have a problem-free living experience. We achieve this by working with condition-based and preventive maintenance. Our entire organization is permeated by continuous improvements to create the best housing for our tenants.

You have well-documented experience in operations and maintenance, preferably with a focus on HVAC or property automation. Desirable skills include troubleshooting appliances/washing equipment. The position includes standby work according to a set schedule. The position may also involve performing other tasks that occur within the management.

QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in this position, you need to...

  • have at least a high school/vocational education
  • have general knowledge of property maintenance
  • have experience from previous similar tasks in maintenance
  • be proactive, service-oriented, and possess strong social skills as interacting with others is a significant part of the job
  • enjoy working both independently and in a team
  • consider energy optimization and savings as a natural part of your daily life
  • be stress-resistant and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • have good computer skills as all work reporting must be done on mobile and computer, as well as good experience using the Office suite
  • be familiar with using electronic tools such as mobile phones or measuring instruments
  • have a B driver's license
  • have good Swedish language skills in both speech and writing
