In the food industry, cleaning is a crucial part of the manufacturing process to ensure the highest quality of products. We work closely with our customers to deliver the best cleaning, which in turn provides the highest food quality. We are constantly committed to developing our methods and ensuring that our staff has the right skills to perform their tasks. In some cases, we may use chemicals which can produce an odor, but this is a necessary part of the process. There is also some odor from the slaughtering and butchering production that is ongoing. Therefore, you should not be sensitive to smells if you want to work here. This position may also include work during evenings, nights, and weekends as cleaning is mainly performed during these times.

The Position

We are now looking for a driven and committed Operations Manager in Hygiene (Food Cleaning).

In this role, you will have both operational and strategic assignments, where you actively work to develop and maintain good customer relationships and ensure that our services are delivered in accordance with agreements and requirements.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure high quality in deliveries by working with operational planning and resource allocation. You will also have a clear focus on developing collaboration with the customer.

As Operations Manager in Hygiene, you will have budget and result responsibility for your area. You need to be competent in administrative tasks related to both customers and staff. You will report monthly to the COO regarding profitability and personnel.

Your role also involves leading and being responsible for staff within your area. You have the opportunity to influence both economic growth and profitability within your area of responsibility through your engaged and results-oriented leadership.

Qualifications

  • Preferably have worked in a similar role within the food/chemical industry
  • Must have leadership experience and good leadership skills
  • Must have good communication skills and social competence
  • Must be able to express yourself well both verbally and in writing in Swedish and English
  • Driver's license (B)
