About the position

As a Service Technician/Inside Sales, you will perform return checks, minor repairs, and provide support to customers during troubleshooting. You will be responsible for maintaining equipment, registering service orders and purchases, as well as driving improvement work. The start is desired in January, the work is during the day, and the assignment lasts for 4-6 months with a chance of extension.

About you

We are looking for a service technician with a deep passion for the world of technology. If you have a solid technical background, the ability to perform detailed functional and return checks on rental machines, and are skilled in using digital systems such as the Office Suite, Rental, and NCO, you could be the one we are looking for. We are looking for a person who is meticulous and solution-oriented, with the ability to give even the smallest details their full attention. We expect your educational background to be relevant to the tasks in this role.

Meritorious

Previous experience working in a depot or workshop environment is meritorious. Additionally, knowledge of business acumen, which enables the identification of customer damages and suggestions for billing, is very valuable. The ability to use C-buy for ordering and coding invoices is also of value. Your positive attitude and ability to collaborate will make you fit into this team, where you will build strong relationships with both customers and colleagues.
