The VA department is one of five departments within the Technical Administration. We are responsible for the operation and maintenance of, as well as investments in, the municipality's water and sewage facilities. The department has 18 employees and is now looking for a summer substitute to continue developing our operations and providing good service to our customers. You will be part of a team of operations technicians working with sewage and water treatment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone interested in working as a summer substitute at our water and treatment plants. Your main tasks will include the operation and maintenance of our water and sewage facilities, as well as rounds of pressure boosting stations and pump stations. The work will also include preventive and corrective maintenance of the municipality's VA facilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

We place great emphasis on personal suitability. A valid driver's license (B) is required. Work experience in operation and maintenance within any process industry is desirable. Knowledge of and experience in water treatment is also a plus.

You should be able to collaborate easily and be part of the team, but also be able to work independently and make responsible decisions. You should be able to structure your work and focus on finding solutions to problems that arise. Flexibility is also highly valued as reprioritization and changes in plans are part of everyday work. If you also have a good sense of customer service, you might be exactly who we are looking for.
