Department 60 at Falu Hospital is a general psychiatric inpatient unit with 14 beds. We have a close and tight collaboration with the ECT unit, where treatments with electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) and repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) are performed. The department also applies user-directed admissions and cares for patients with varying psychiatric diagnoses, according to different care forms and individually tailored care periods. Thanks to our collaboration with somatic care, we receive patients with complex comorbidities - where psychiatric conditions are often combined with somatic care needs. This makes our work environment both varied, educational, and meaningful.

Nurse Dept. 60 Länsvuxenspsyk, Falun Temporary Position

We are looking for nurses for Department 60 - one-year temporary position

Requirements:

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse.

Meritorious:

Since we care for patients with both psychiatric and somatic needs, we would like you to have good knowledge in somatic care - experience in psychiatric care is an advantage.

We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role, has a good demeanor, and enjoys working in a team. You have a genuine interest in people and want to contribute to safe and quality care.
