At Region Dalarna, you will find a meaningful job where you can make a difference. Together, we work for a sustainable Dalarna with development potential in all parts of the county.
Welcome to Mora Hospital, where highly specialized care meets proximity, collaboration, and quality of life. Our vision is to be a leading clinic where competence, commitment, and development go hand in hand. Here, you will work in an organization that combines the community of a small hospital with the breadth and challenges of a trauma hospital.
With proximity to nature, mountains, and outdoor life, Mora offers fantastic opportunities for an active leisure year-round. At the same time, Mora Hospital is one of Region Dalarna's two emergency hospitals, with a catchment area of about 80,000 inhabitants. Large tourist flows to Sälen and Idre, as well as recurring national and international sports events, make our everyday life both varied and exciting.
The Operation Anesthesia ICU clinic consists of the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Central Operations (C-op), Day Surgery (DKM), and Sterile Technology. In the ICU, we care for about 1,500 patients per year. In C-op and DKM, approximately 4,500-5,000 surgeries are performed annually, primarily in surgery and orthopedics, but also in urology and gynecology. Our sterile technology unit plays a crucial role for all of Region Dalarna by handling goods from all hospital operations and from all health centers. We work closely across clinic boundaries and also contribute specialist competence in the form of alarm teams, sedation in outpatient clinics, and during secondary transports to other hospitals.
With us, you will become part of an engaged team where your competence is valued, your development is encouraged, and your work makes a real difference.
