Now We Are Looking for a Resource Coordinator
We are now seeking a resource coordinator who wants to become an important part of our operations. The position is daytime, Monday to Friday, and offers a varied and developing everyday life. You will be part of a dedicated and competent team where collaboration and well-being are highly valued. Your Responsibilities
As a resource coordinator, you will support and work on behalf of unit managers in matters related to scheduling, staffing, and work time planning. You are responsible for planning and updating basic schedules according to applicable agreements and guidelines, as well as managing both planned and unplanned absences. The role includes mapping resource needs, coordinating summer planning and substitutes, and actively working towards a sustainable work schedule.
You will collaborate closely with unit managers, unit assistants, RoB, staffing controllers, and system administrators, and continuously keep yourself updated on Region Gotland's guidelines. If necessary, you will participate in meetings, APT, and planning days to contribute information and coordination.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone with relevant education in administration or other education that the employer assesses as equivalent. You have experience working with interventions within LSS and SoL, as well as good administrative knowledge. You also have experience working in the Medvind system and a good understanding and knowledge of staffing, scheduling, and planning work.
It is an advantage if you have operational knowledge and have previously worked in a similar role as a coordinator.
It is also advantageous if you have good knowledge of the Office suite, experience working according to the individual's needs in focus (IBIC), and knowledge of the Working Hours Act and applicable collective agreements. Experience with sustainable and healthy schedules and staffing solutions is also a plus.
As a person, you are self-sufficient and stable with the ability to work goal- and result-oriented. You are service-oriented, have a good overall perspective, and enjoy taking responsibility. You work in a structured manner, are stress-resistant, and can easily adapt to changing conditions. At the same time, you are creative and solution-oriented with the ability to see new opportunities in your work.
