HR Generalist to the Personnel Department
A prerequisite for enjoying the work is to appreciate order and structure. To want and to be able to be a good support to our managers and to enjoy working both independently and in a team.
The position is located in the Personnel Department at the regiment staff. Other departments in the regiment staff are the Staff, Implementation, and Support Departments.
About the Personnel Department
The Personnel Department is responsible for all processes within HR and personnel services at Gotland Regiment. Your immediate supervisor is the Personnel Manager, and some of your closest colleagues are HR Manager, personnel officers, personnel administrators, and HR generalists. We work with support in the area for the entire organization through advice and governance.
Main Responsibilities
As an HR generalist, you will be responsible for the admission process for basic and promotion-based officer training, and you will have ongoing contact with cadets before, during, and after basic training. You will also assist in the processing of reserve officers (RO) and temporarily employed soldiers (GSS/T - group leaders, soldiers, and sailors). This means that you will work with service and training plans, call-ups for these categories, and documentation.
Furthermore, you will work to refine and develop routines and processes as needed. You will also collaborate with other parts within and outside the regiment. In addition, you will support the work with other tasks within the department.
Requirements
- University degree in Personnel/HR or equivalent higher education deemed equivalent by the employer
- Documented work experience in HR within the area of the position
- Good knowledge of the Office suite
- Driving license B

Meritorious
- Experience with the Armed Forces' admission process for basic and promotion-based officer training
- Experience from previous work with reserve officers.
- Experience in administrative work within the Armed Forces or other government agency
- Experience working with personnel administrative systems.
- Experience working with PRIO (SAP).

The position is a permanent civilian employment that begins with a six-month probationary period. Full-time. Start as soon as possible by agreement. Business trips may occur within the framework of the tasks. Place of employment Tofta.
