About the position

We are looking for qualified and dedicated IT technicians on behalf of our client for work within the digital workplace. You will play a key role in supporting the client's operations and ensuring that their IT environment functions optimally for their employees.

Your responsibilities

Provide 2nd line support

Install, configure, and troubleshoot systems and applications, including Microsoft SCCM and Windows OS.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a stable and secure IT environment.

Deliver statistics and reports as agreed.

Requirements

At least 2–3 years of experience in 2nd line support.

Good knowledge in:

Microsoft SCCM.

Windows OS.

Driver's license B is required.

Experience working in larger organizations is an advantage.

Knowledge of ServiceNow and Mac OS is a plus.
