The role of Development Leader with us

As a development leader, you will play a central role in our efforts to become a data-driven organization. You will enable future technology and create efficient digital workflows. Your main responsibilities include analyzing current system architecture and evaluating and identifying areas for improvement in our existing systems. You will also lead digitalization projects aimed at improving user experience and optimizing our processes.

In the role, you work closely with your colleagues and, based on situation-adapted support, act as a link to our operations based on various needs.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with an experimental approach, where you test your way to the best solutions, even when the exact goal is not completely clear from the beginning.

It is a prerequisite for the role that you have the ability to discuss both technical and business-related needs and act as a bridge between them. We believe that you can explain complex problems in a simple and clear way, adapted to the recipient's conditions.

As a person, you are curious, collaborative, and analytical. You work methodically and drive your work independently and efficiently with consideration for a common management organization. You express yourself well in Swedish in speech and writing, as it is required in daily work. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a relevant post-secondary education or work experience that the employer deems equivalent.
• Has experience working with IT and digitalization solutions.
• Has experience working with relevant business development.

It is a merit if you:

• Have relevant experience in leading the implementation of business systems and/or automated processes (RPA).

We offer permanent full-time employment with appointment by agreement.
