About the Position

We are now looking for CNC operators for one of Sweden's leading contract manufacturers!

The tasks include setting up machines, monitoring machine/production, performing quality controls, and measuring the details. It also includes setting the appropriate program and adjusting it as needed. As an operator, you are expected to handle any deviations in production and take appropriate actions to correct them. The work involves taking responsibility for your production and planning, meeting delivery times, reporting production results, and ensuring that production meets specified quality requirements.

The company's CNC operators work with milling, and the workplace features a modern and extensive machine park. CNC milling is performed in the company's multi-operation machines, which include HAAS vf4, HAAS vf6, and Kitamura horizontal machines.

Start date for this position is immediate or by agreement. Working hours are scheduled for two shifts. The assignment is planned to continue indefinitely with a good chance of direct employment with the company.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with experience working as a self-sufficient CNC operator. You are used to working with advanced machines and have a good technical understanding. Receiving drawings and being able to read/interpret and work according to them is no problem. It is a requirement to have valid forklift and overhead crane licenses. It is an advantage if you have previously worked with HAAS and/or Kitamura and if you have programmed before.

As a person, you are driven and have a long-term view of your next job, with the desire to develop in line with the company. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and learning new things. This flexibility means you are willing to cover for other machines/departments if the need arises. You are meticulous, responsible, and follow current safety regulations.
