Your Responsibilities

Skill collaborates with several different clients in Motala and Mjölby who are active in the industry. We see that our clients have a need to hire new employees for their operations in the future. The tasks vary depending on the client's needs, and we will of course tell you more about the companies and tasks for the candidates we invite for an interview. Examples of different positions and tasks that may occur with different clients:

• Assembly.
• Picking and packing.
• Forklift driving.
• Monitoring of machines.

Your Profile

For several of these positions, there is an opportunity for work even if you lack work experience in the industry. You will go far with a good attitude and a curiosity to learn new things. As a person, we see that you are positive, driven, and responsible. You also need to be flexible as the tasks may vary. Furthermore, we see that you:

• Can work full-time.
• Have a driver's license and access to a car.
• Have good knowledge of the Swedish language.
• Have the opportunity to obtain a forklift certificate if required by the position.
• Can work in Mjölby or Motala and surrounding areas.
