About the position: In the role of team leader, you are the hub of our daily operations and an important link between customers, technicians, and planning. You ensure an efficient, qualitative, and well-planned workflow.

Your main responsibilities:

• Team leadership and planning: Be responsible together with the rest of the team for the daily operations, plan and distribute work orders, and optimize the workshop's capacity.
• Customer contact: Provide price quotes/offers for upselling.
• Quality assurance: Follow up and ensure that work is performed according to applicable guidelines, quality standards, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Team leadership: Lead technicians and contribute to a good working environment.
• Administration: Manage warranties, service agreements, and use industry-specific business systems.

Qualifications and experience:

• Relevant experience from the workshop industry, preferably in a similar role as service advisor, workshop manager, or team leader.
• Solid technical competence and understanding of car repairs and service.
• Very good computer skills and experience with industry-specific business systems (meritorious).
• Driver's license B is a requirement.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
