We are looking for summer substitutes for elderly care and support for people with disabilities!

Do you want to make a difference in people's everyday lives while gaining valuable experience? Then you might be the one we are looking for.

We are looking for you who want to work as a summer substitute in home care, nursing homes, group homes, and personal assistance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a summer/timely substitute, you will replace regular staff and be booked as needed, for example, during illness, childcare, and vacation. In your work, you provide support, care, and assistance to individuals who need it to manage their daily lives based on their individual needs.

Your work may involve:

• Providing personal care and support in daily life
• Assisting with transfers, meals, and hygiene
• Social interaction and creating a sense of security

As a summer/timely substitute, you need to be able to work varying hours, during the day and evenings as well as weekends. In some operations, you may also need to work at night. Working hours are adjusted according to the needs of the operation.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who:

• Are flexible, responsible, and have a good attitude
• Are service-oriented and attentive to others' wishes and needs
• Have good teamwork skills but are also confident in working independently
• Listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts constructively
• Master the Swedish language in speech and writing
• Have good computer skills

It is an advantage if you have education at the high school level in the Health and Care program or the Child and Leisure program with a focus on social work or previous experience in care work. A driver's license is required in certain units.
