We are now looking for a Technical Project Manager for Elos Medtech in Timmersdala

Do you want to drive technical projects that make a real difference while working closely with production?

We are looking for a structured, practical, and engaged Technical Project Manager who wants to lead and execute work in close collaboration with our technicians, production, quality, and external partners throughout the entire chain: from planning and preparation to validation and implementation in our production.

About the role

As a Technical Project Manager with us, you will have overall responsibility for your projects, from project initiation to handover and follow-up. The role combines strategic project ownership with operational work, where you will drive many of the activities required to move the projects forward.

You will, among other things:

  • Prepare product flows, create, calculate, update, and ensure the quality of process flows.
  • Validate and verify process and product flows.
  • Lead and coordinate projects within both smaller improvements and larger production projects.
  • Establish project plans and follow up on timelines, costs, and resources.
  • Establish and manage technical instructions, drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Collaborate closely with production, quality, technology, purchasing, and external partners.
  • Personally perform many of the operational activities required in the projects, from technical investigations and documentation to preparations, follow-ups, and practical tasks in production.
  • Lead customer dialogues and ensure that requirements are translated into practical solutions.
  • Lead project meetings and coordinate project groups.
  • Identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of processes and working methods.

Who are you?

You thrive in a role where you both lead, analyze, and do the work yourself. You are technically interested, meticulous, and used to structuring complex workflows.

We believe you have:

  • Experience with technical projects in an industrial environment, preferably with machining and high-quality requirements.
  • Good ability to work with preparation, technical documentation, and production flows.
  • Knowledge of process validation and related documentation.
  • The ability and willingness to work both strategically and operationally.
  • Good communication skills, flexibility, and experience in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • A humble attitude and a willingness to collaborate are essential.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry, quality systems, Monitor, CGMP, or similar is a merit.

We offer

We are a smaller company where everyone knows everyone, and it is noticeable when someone is absent. This creates a warm and safe working environment where we help each other and have fun together.

With us, you will receive:

  • A role with significant personal responsibility and the opportunity to influence.
  • The chance to work closely with technology, production, and quality.
  • A workplace in development, where improvements and initiatives are welcomed.
  • Market-based conditions in accordance with collective agreements, bonuses, and good benefits.
  • A team with broad experience and high engagement.

Our values in our everyday life

Everything we do is permeated by our core values: Passionate, Trustworthy, Result-oriented, and Together.

It is more than words; it is how we work, lead, and collaborate, both internally and with our partners.

Does it sound interesting?

We look forward to hearing from you! Submit your application and tell us why you are the right fit for the role. We place great emphasis on personality and engagement.
