Hässleholm Hospital has three areas of operation (VO), VO medicine, VO rehabilitation, and VO orthopedics. VO medicine includes the medical clinic, medical department, neurology and rehabilitation department (NORAH), and emergency care department (AVA). We also have a close collaboration with the emergency department, which belongs to the Administration Close Care and Health.

At the medical clinic, we are about 40 employees. We who work here are nurses, nursing assistants, secretaries, and administrators, as well as biomedical analysts. We have a very close collaboration with our doctors to create the best conditions for good, close, and patient-safe care for our residents. The medical clinic includes several clinics and covers diseases related to the heart, allergies, diabetes, and neurology.

We highly value the working environment of our staff and work for individual solutions to create an employment that best suits both the operation and our employees. We see it as a given that every employee is involved in our work processes, and we strive to follow the model Right Competence Utilization (RAK) to keep up with the development towards the Future Clinic. Competence development is important to us, and we are open to trying new working methods to provide our patients with the best possible care.

We are a wonderful team with a good community, and we are now looking for a nursing assistant on a temporary contract who wants to join us on this journey and contribute to good and safe care for our patients.

The workgroup consists of 7 nursing assistants. We are divided into different teams but work to help each other across borders so that our everyday life functions in the best way for both patients and colleagues. We strive to adapt the work and tasks according to competence and what each employee is good at or interested in.

In your role as a nursing assistant, you will have a varied and stimulating job where you work closely with colleagues from different professions at our clinic. You will work with various tasks such as taking samples, assisting doctors and nurses at the clinics, performing EKGs and exercise EKGs before visits. In addition, there is also the opportunity to work with personal areas of responsibility.

We offer you:

  • a team-based working method where you are an important part of the whole
  • a developing operation with the patient at the center
  • individual competence development
  • flexible working hours to solve both the operation and life puzzle.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and meets the requirements of the National Board of Health and Welfare for protected professional titles, regardless of whether you have studied according to previous or current program structures. You also master basic medical technical moments at the nursing assistant level. If you also have experience in outpatient work, it is an advantage. To succeed with us, you need to be confident in your role as a nursing assistant and enjoy a varied job.
