About the role

As an ABW Coordinator, you are a visible and important part of our service organization by creating a frictionless everyday life for users. You capture needs and create a smooth daily experience for our customers by providing support in ABW areas, managing conference services, and contributing to a pleasant work environment. The role also includes technical responsibility for our cleaning robots – an exciting part of our sustainability and innovation efforts.

Your responsibilities include

• ABW presence and service: be visibly present in office areas daily, proactively capture needs, and provide support that creates a smooth daily experience.
• Coordination of FM functions: coordinate efforts between cleaning, reception, basic technical support, and other service functions as needed.
• Basic technical questions: assist on-site with basic support and guidance to users for minor issues.
• Troubleshooting and case management.
• Conference room service e.g., technical support, replenishing office supplies, setting up/furnishing conference rooms, etc.
• Daily checks of cleaning robots: ensure that the robots are in place, not stuck, and have returned to their docking stations.
• If necessary, emergency cleaning or pantry service.

We are looking for someone who

• Is communicative and has a strong service focus; you enjoy working closely with users/customers in open ABW environments.
• Has a technical interest with experience in troubleshooting and basic repairs.
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and enjoys varied tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Has good computer and app skills and works confidently with digital tools.
• Is proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious

• Knowledge of the ABW concept and FM services.
• Technical skills.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday from 07:00 to 16:00. A 6-month probationary period applies.
