About Us

The Property Unit is responsible for the properties of Grästorp Municipality and works with everything from maintenance and repairs to technical installations, property management, and janitorial services.

We are now looking for a dedicated janitor who wants to be part of our team.

Your Role

As a janitor with us, you will work with various tasks within property management and service. You will contribute to ensuring that our properties are well maintained and function optimally for the municipality's operations.

Your duties will include:

• Handling of fault reports and work orders within the property unit
• Management of access and key systems
• Mail and package handling
• Moving and furnishing office spaces and meeting rooms
• Simple assembly and repairs (e.g., changing light sources, filters, etc.)
• Technical support on-site for operations
• Supervision of fire alarms, ventilation, heating, and other technical systems

On-call duty may be included in the position.

We are looking for someone with:

• High school education with a practical orientation
• Previous experience in property management and/or janitorial services
• Driver's license (B)
• Good technical and digital understanding for simple installations and assembly

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
