At Norlandia Elderly Care, we are looking for you as a nursing assistant/care assistant who wants to work full-time/part-time during all or parts of the summer at Hedegården Elderly Home in Stenkullen, Lerum. As a nursing assistant/care assistant, you are a valuable key player who contributes to ensuring that our residents have a safe and meaningful existence in their old age. We always start from the resident's will and ability and focus on their strengths.

As a nursing assistant/care assistant, you are responsible for providing dignified and good care based on the individual needs of the elderly. Tasks may include assistance with daily care, medication administration, documentation, support during activities, serving meals, and light cleaning in residents' apartments. You will be involved in everything from educational care moments to enjoyable activities for the residents. A very exciting and rewarding job, indeed!

We are looking for someone with a big heart and a desire to make a difference. We prefer that you enjoy working with people and that you are easy to collaborate with others, as well as being flexible and attentive when needed.

• It is advantageous if you have nursing assistant training (or equivalent education) of at least 1350 points.

• Previous experience in elderly care is strongly preferred.

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required.

• We also prefer that you have good computer skills and experience with documentation.

Hedegården Elderly Home is beautifully located by the forest edge in Stenkullen, Lerum. The property has exciting architecture with large windows that provide a very bright and airy atmosphere. There are good communication options, both by bus and train, as well as free parking outside the elderly home.

Hedegården has 56 apartments distributed across six units. We offer apartments for somatic and dementia care.

As a summer substitute with us, you will have access to Cappy – a smart app that gives you an overview of your working hours and salary. In the app, you can see your worked hours, earned salary, preliminary salary payment, information about available shifts, and how much you can earn on an extra shift. With Cappy, there is also the option to withdraw part of your earned salary for extra shifts/hours directly after completing a shift.

Scope: Full-time, part-time, or hourly employment

Start date: June, July, and August 2026

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a potential employment, you must be able to present a criminal record extract. You must also be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
