Willhem is looking for a temporary property caretaker/tenant representative in Borås!

Are you a fixer who is passionate about going the extra mile for customers? Do you also enjoy balancing a practical job with some administration? Then this is the position for you! We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented tenant representative for our area office in Borås. The position is a temporary role starting immediately and lasting for one year with the possibility of extension.

Willhem in Borås currently has nearly 3,400 apartments spread across several districts. As a tenant representative at Willhem, you are the one who keeps an eye on the property and provides a significant part of the service to our tenants. Your main responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, and resolving issues that arise in our customers' apartments. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to ensure that the service to our tenants continues to maintain a high level!

Your responsibilities include: 

• building and maintaining good relationships with tenants and reporting tenant feedback 
• conducting systematic rounds according to a set schedule, i.e., internal and to some extent external maintenance of the property, such as environmental rooms and similar 
• planning and executing repairs and ongoing maintenance 
• handling service requests, complaints, and claims, as well as providing feedback to tenants 
• ordering and following up on minor contracting work 
• supervising ventilation, heating, and electrical systems in our properties 

Your profile

We are looking for someone with experience and interest in customer-facing property work. We would prefer you to have some education focused on technology and/or property management. You are a handy problem solver with good knowledge and experience in at least some of the areas of plumbing, apartment inspections, fire safety, round work, construction, or electrical work. You should be comfortable working with computer systems, and a B driver's license is required.

As a person, you should enjoy taking responsibility, be independent, and have a strong sense of service. We are looking for someone who enjoys the challenge of finding solutions that benefit both the customer and us as a company, and you are welcome to bring ideas on how we can improve in your area. You are a team player who values collaboration and helping each other.
