Hotel Receptionist

Stockholm Inn Hotel is looking for a creative service hero. You always put our guests at the center, and you do it with energy, courage, and enthusiasm!

You enjoy taking your own initiatives. You are a cheerful person with a sense of humor and are professional and personal in your interactions with guests and colleagues. We expect you to perform your tasks with great precision and have an eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibilities are to take care of our guests together with your colleagues and provide them with the best experience during their visit with us.

- Daily reception work with check-in and check-out

- Room booking / Sales

- Guest Relations

- Breakfast preparation / Café

- Cleaning of common areas
