Our Operations
The Hematology Department has 20 beds. Here, patients with diseases of the blood and bone marrow are cared for.
Your Mission
As a nursing assistant on the department, you are responsible for the basic care of patients in your care team. You work closely with nurses and your colleagues. The position includes, in addition to basic care, regular checks of vital parameters, mobilization of patients, and recording of dietary and fluid intake.
Your Qualifications
You are trained as a nursing assistant with a protected professional title or a nursing student who will complete T4 by summer. Experience in healthcare is an advantage.
Your Competence
You are a person who takes responsibility for the tasks assigned to you. You work in a structured and methodical way, are flexible, and can easily adapt to changing circumstances. You value being part of a team and enjoy collaborating with others, with a focus on doing the best for the patients. Furthermore, you are attentive and resolve any conflicts constructively. You are also service-oriented, solution-focused, interested, and proactive.
