About the role:
As a property technician, you will be responsible for independently performing preventive, corrective, and planned maintenance in our properties. You will work closely with clients, colleagues, and specialists and actively contribute to safe, efficient, and sustainable property solutions by:
- Independently performing preventive, corrective, and planned maintenance
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in properties
- Proposing improvements, changes, and energy-saving measures
- Maintaining continuous contact and feedback with the client
- Collaborating with other operations staff and technical specialists
Who are you?
You have:
- At least 5 years of documented work experience in technical property management or similar work as a property technician
- Post-secondary education in property technology or equivalent competence acquired through several years of experience
- Good and broad knowledge in property technology as well as practical work with buildings
- Ability to independently plan and carry out inspections, maintenance, and corrective maintenance
- Good knowledge of troubleshooting and understanding how inspection and maintenance actions affect maintenance needs
- Experience of independent work in various types of properties
- A valid driver's license (B)
- A criminal record extract is required
- It is advantageous if you have certification for Hot Work
- It is advantageous if you have experience with technical solutions for energy efficiency
