Your Role


As a Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in executing the client's projects, primarily in the Greater Gothenburg area. You will have overall responsibility for your projects, including personnel management, budget responsibility, and execution – from start to finish. In this role, you report directly to the CEO, giving you the opportunity to influence and make a tangible difference in the business.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with several years of experience successfully managing construction projects and practical experience in earthworks and/or construction work. You are accustomed to handling both financial planning and timelines and enjoy taking responsibility and making decisions. A B driver's license is required.

You are a person who takes initiative and easily finds solutions when needed. You are responsible, committed, and have a strong work ethic. We are looking for someone who is flexible and can adapt to different situations, and who enjoys collaborating and communicating with both colleagues and clients.
