What does the role entail?

As a Site Manager, you are responsible for the overall management of your projects. From establishing order and organization at the worksite to ensuring that timelines and budgets are adhered to. You will be the one who:

• Leads and inspires the on-site team.
• Is responsible for finances, planning, and execution.
• Builds strong and long-term customer relationships.
• Collaborates closely with the department manager to develop the business.

What we are looking for in you:

You have solid experience in earthworks and construction, with specific knowledge in water and sewage projects. You are accustomed to managing projects in the range of 10–30 million and have worked with AMA codes from start to finish. You have a natural sense of structure and order and thrive in a role where each day presents new challenges.

You are:

• Communicative and collaborate smoothly with both colleagues and clients.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
