The Community Planning Administration is responsible for physical community planning, technical management of properties and streets, cleaning and meal services, as well as processing matters within the planning and construction area. The Community Planning Administration consists of five units: planning, construction and MEX, cleaning, two meal units, and the technical unit which includes streets/parks and properties.

As a project manager within the Technical Unit, you will primarily drive projects in land and construction but also in property.

The position also includes the role of the Community Planning Administration's water and sewage planner. Your broad knowledge in construction, water and sewage, and property will be valuable for our administration and municipality.

Job Description

You will lead projects from start to finish in collaboration with colleagues in the technical unit and together with our framework suppliers. Most of the assignments we carry out come from the Welfare Administration and the Culture and Education Administration. The assignment means that you will have overall responsibility for execution and budget for the projects assigned to you. The role of water and sewage planner will involve advising, ordering and reviewing investigations, as well as establishing water and sewage-related governing documents. You will be our link to the municipality's water and sewage company. The distribution will be 75% project manager and 25% water and sewage planner.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A university degree in the field or relevant work experience that the employer deems equivalent.
• Experience working as a project manager in construction and water/sewage/construction projects.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, AB04, ABT06, and ABK09.
• Desirable if you have basic leadership training or leadership experience.
• Desirable if you have had budget responsibility for your projects.
