We strongly believe in having important skills in-house and are now looking for a project manager in Gothenburg who will work with our residential portfolio. What do we offer you? As a project manager with us, you will play a central role in driving and leading extensive construction projects, including large residential projects such as facade renovations, balcony work, and roof renovations, as well as remodeling projects for tenant adaptations and maintenance projects. From project start to completion, you ensure that the work meets agreed quality, stays within budget, and is completed on time.

Your tasks will include:

• Support for management and leasing

• Cost estimation and financial management

• Handling of construction and installation technical issues

• Work within contract law

What do you offer us? We see that you, as a candidate, have relevant education, preferably in construction or engineering, and have 5–7 years of work experience in project management within the construction and/or real estate industry. Furthermore, you need to be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and hold a manual B driver's license. As a person, we see that you are unpretentious and have good collaboration skills since the position involves close cooperation within the workgroup as well as with management. Together we achieve our goals! You also need to be trustworthy and possess a high level of business acumen in such a way that you can address tenants' needs, understand how a business looks, and have an understanding of our respective clients' interests. We create deals that benefit both parties!
