Examples of services provided include project management, design management, construction management, control responsibility, contract inspection, construction cost estimation, technical building descriptions, environmental management, and information services.

For more than 50 years, CA has built extensive experience and established a good reputation among clients and the industry at large.

The company, which is employee-owned, has 35 employees and offices in Gothenburg and Halmstad. CA is led by a CEO who, together with area managers, forms the company's management team.

About the role of project manager
As a project manager at CA, you are responsible for ensuring that construction projects are managed in a planned and structured manner according to the client's intentions. You lead the projects and set guidelines for implementation where the team is formed, the goals are established, and the client's wishes are realized.

As a project manager, your tasks may include:

• Design management
• Construction management
• Leading investigations and program work
• Procurement
• Financial management
• Quality and environmental management
• Client, user, and supplier contacts as well as contact with authorities
• Control responsibility according to PBL
• Inspection

Perhaps you want to work with just some or a few of the above tasks, with several parts, or develop within one of them.

Who are you?
You have at least 5-10 years of practical experience in project and construction management within building construction or as a project/contract engineer. Experience in contract law and LOU is essential. You are organized and structured with a strong customer focus and social competence.

You have an understanding of projects with high technical complexity and have the capacity to drive construction processes regarding:

• seeing the big picture
• managing and leading
• time planning
• being proactive

An important part of the job also involves handling and producing documents, so good Swedish, especially in writing, is a requirement. You are required to have a B driver's license and access to a car.
