Job Responsibilities

About the job

As a property caretaker, you will be responsible for the daily supervision and maintenance of our residential areas during the period from mid-June to August/September. Your tasks will include:

• Keeping order in waste rooms, basement areas, and laundry rooms.
• Ensuring that playgrounds and walkways are intact, clean, and safe.
• Emptying trash bins and performing simple maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and minor repairs.
• Collaborating with your colleagues to provide our tenants with the best service.
• During certain periods, guiding and working together with younger summer interns.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is service-minded and enjoys making a difference.
• Thrives with routines and structured work.
• Is self-driven, resourceful, and has an eye for detail.
• Can handle simple practical tasks and enjoys being active.
• Communicates well in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Has a high school diploma.

Requirements:

Driver's license B for manual transmission.

Qualifications
