Job Responsibilities

As an automation technician with us, you will have a central role in property automation and work with both new and existing customers. Your primary workplace will be in the field, where you are responsible for independently driving projects and maintaining customer relationships. The role includes planning your own work, reporting results, and ensuring that projects are carried out according to set goals. As an automation technician, you primarily work within your own operations, but flexibility in the employment means that tasks may include other technical areas within the company's operations.

Your tasks will include:

• conducting troubleshooting of control systems
• documentation of new and existing systems
• reporting deviations and deficiencies in facilities (existing control systems)
• operation and automation strategy
• participating in the planning of preventive maintenance work
• designing control systems
• programming DUC/PLC
• integration into higher-level control systems
• commissioning and testing together with energy technicians
• project management within property automation

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

• Education or experience in property technology, property or industrial automation
• Knowledge in property automation, DUC/PLC programming, IT and networking, and instrumentation
• Knowledge in analyzing system data and the ability to identify deviations
• Good experience with business systems
• Driver's license B
• Swedish spoken and written
• Meritorious with competence in electricity, cooling, or HVAC
• Meritorious with knowledge and interest in ventilation
