As a production manager, you will coordinate and lead assignments for all media channels and ensure deliveries according to agreements with clients. You will ensure that the right conditions are in place to carry out the production and that the timeline, brief, and cost estimates are anchored, and that delivery occurs based on set deadlines. You will drive the implementation of campaigns across all channels, both print and digital, in consultation with the team.

You are experienced in receiving and writing briefs/project descriptions, preparing cost estimates, and being responsible for time and resource planning in the execution of the production, advising on effectiveness, as well as invoicing at the end of the assignment. You are a responsive, flexible, and curious person who constantly wants to develop and views change positively. You take great personal responsibility for your own development but are also engaged in work related to the development of roles and competencies, tasks, and the organization as a whole, in accordance with future and workplace needs.

Your Profile

For the role, you need to have:

- Post-secondary relevant education in marketing/communication or equivalent work experience.

- At least 2 years of experience in production management within the advertising industry.

- Previous digital experience in the role. In addition, you are a positive, cheerful person and a team player who cares about your external and internal contacts.
