About the role

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be an important part of the team and work closely with an experienced Property Manager. You will have the chance to actively contribute to the daily management while also having the opportunity to develop and grow in your professional career, with the ability to tailor your development journey according to your own goals and ambitions.

As an Assistant Manager, you will collaborate with the Customer Responsible Property Manager, where you will primarily be responsible for and take ownership of the daily management. This includes handling technical issues and contributing to a smooth handling of these through close dialogue with property technicians and other specialists. The role also includes assisting the Customer Responsible Property Manager with administrative tasks and planning related to the operations. You will work closely with Nabo's customers, which also means that there may be work at irregular hours as you will be present during board meetings, resident days, etc. - which often take place in the evenings.

In this role, you will be part of a close-knit group with a high ceiling, who have fun together and celebrate successes. Your experience

• You have completed post-secondary education as a property manager.
• We also see that you have previous experience working with housing cooperatives, either through internships or work experience to succeed in the role.
• You have fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, as you will communicate with our customers in these languages.
• If you have previous experience working in the property management industry or in sales or service with a results focus, this is considered a strong merit, but it is not a requirement for the position.
