Your responsibilities

You will be primarily stationed at Valhallavägen 1A, which consists of 41 places. You will work closely with two other nurses at the facility but will also collaborate closely with other facilities as needed.

As a nurse, you have a health and medical care assignment. The role means you have primary responsibility for a number of places and a consulting responsibility for a larger number of places when your colleagues are off and during weekend work.

Furthermore, you follow up and document according to applicable legislation and our quality registers. You will be an important part of the collaboration with your colleagues, relatives, social workers, unit managers, and external contacts.

As a nurse with us, you will have an independent, varied, stimulating, and responsible job in a multidisciplinary team. Working as a nurse in special housing means that you independently assess, plan, organize, and perform medical treatment and nursing interventions.

Additionally, you will also work on mentoring and delegating nursing staff. You will have close collaboration with colleagues such as physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and nursing staff.

We offer good working hours, preferred schedules, wellness programs, and continuous further education.

You will work daytime within the span of 06:45-17:00 with weekend duties. We work with operational and individual-adapted schedules.

Who are you?

You are a registered nurse with experience from special housing. We see that you are a positive and forward-thinking person. You always put the patient's needs in focus.

You enjoy and are stimulated by challenges. To thrive in the role, we see that you are a person who values good and close collaboration and easily creates this with colleagues and managers. You are active in driving collaboration forward and work towards achieving this.

You are resilient, flexible, responsible, and working solution-focused is a given for you. Experience in elderly care is desirable.
