About the Workplace

We are a well-staffed healthcare center in central Västerås with doctors (specialists in general medicine), district nurses, nurses, occupational therapists, psychotherapists, maternal healthcare, child healthcare, physiotherapists, nursing assistants, and dietitians.

Our goal is to provide patients and their families with safe care with high availability and continuity.

Job Responsibilities

• As a district nurse/nurse with us, the work is very varied and includes telephone advice, chat, triage, wound dressing, planned and acute visits. The work is very independent but also requires the ability to work as part of a team.

Qualifications/Desirable

• Licensed district nurse or licensed nurse.
• It is important to us that you are committed to providing our patients with good service of high quality, have a flexible attitude, good collaboration skills, and contribute to a good work environment. Personal suitability is highly valued. Experience from a healthcare center, ability to manage the Cosmic journal system, and the TeleQ telephone system is an advantage.

Additional Information

• We offer an engaged and secure work team where you have close support from colleagues and management. We provide at least four weeks of introduction and the opportunity for continuous supervision. We are a workplace with short decision-making paths and an open climate.
