As Team Leader for Fruit & Vegetables, you will:

• Work with purchasing/orders, restocking, planning, and follow-up.
• Be responsible for ensuring that we offer our customers a fresh and inviting fruit and vegetable department.
• Be responsible for creating a good economy for the department.
• Actively work in the store, which requires you to be creative and inspired by meeting and developing other people.
• Collaborate with your colleagues in the department to contribute to a pleasant, efficient, and sales-oriented work environment.

You will report to the Fresh Goods Sales Manager, who also has personnel responsibility for the department.

Our stores are open every day of the year, so working evenings and weekends is a natural part of the store work.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience in retail and working with fruits and vegetables.
• Has good knowledge of store economics and sales.
• Has previous experience in a leadership position.
• Is a team player and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
