As a lead installer at El-Fast, you play a central role in larger and longer projects. You are responsible for the daily work on-site, leading installers, and ensuring that the work is carried out according to schedule, drawings, and applicable regulations.

The role requires clear communication, both internally within the team and externally with clients, project management, and other professional groups. The work can periodically be monotonous, which demands structure, precision, and endurance – quality and pace must be maintained from start to finish.

• Lead and distribute the daily work in projects

• Ensure quality, work environment, and compliance with regulations

• Communication with project management, clients, and subcontractors

• Practical work as an electrician alongside the leadership role

• Follow up on schedules, materials, and execution

• Documentation and self-checks

• Is a fully qualified electrician with solid experience

• Has previously worked as a lead installer or in a similar role

• Is confident in leading others and making decisions on-site

• Has excellent communication skills

• Is structured, meticulous, and able to handle repetitive tasks over time

• Understands the importance of planning in long projects

• Has a valid driver's license (B)

• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently
