As a chef, you are an important part of the entire operation at Hola Folkhögskola, both in the school's educational activities and our conference operations, where meals are seen as an essential part of education and well-being. Together with another chef and a kitchen assistant, you will prepare and serve good, nutritious, and preferably organic food from scratch to the school's participants, staff, conference guests, and external visitors. As a chef at Hola Folkhögskola, you will have the opportunity to work in a relatively newly renovated and pleasant kitchen. The school is located in a lovely and beautiful environment with forests and rivers surrounding it. We are a folk high school with a long tradition and a sense of community that you, as a chef, will naturally contribute to. A chef is both a craftsman and a creator: someone who combines technique, taste, and organization to create good food efficiently and safely.

We are now looking for a chef for Hola Folkhögskola. The position is a temporary contract for three months, full-time, with a start date to be agreed upon. There is a possibility of extension.

Chef for Hola Folkhögskola, Kramfors

• Plan and prepare meals
• Follow HACCP and hygiene routines
• Consider allergies and special diets
• Store food properly
• Receive goods and check quality
• Minimize waste

We are looking for someone who

• Is a trained chef
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has a B driver's license
• Is able to work irregular hours with day and evening shifts

It is an advantage if you

• Have several years of experience working as a chef
